cheese chifon cake

500g optima flour,8 eggs,2tbsp cooking oil,1tsp vanilla essence (mix all,when done divide into 2 portions. bake for 25 mins at 180°C). for topping,mix 250g philadelphia cream cheese with 1small can of condensed milk. spread some between the chiffon cake layers. spread the rest on top of the cake. grate cheddar cheese on top generously.
