peanut butter

1.5kg of peanut, 1kg margarine or butter, 450g of sugar powder( or less)
Dry fry the peanuts till the skin turn darker in colour (peanuts taste crunchy now)
Discard the skin of peanuts.
Blend the peanuts. Melt the margarine on stove at the same time.
When the margerine is fully melted, put under the fan to cool it down.
mix the blended peanuts in the melted margerine. Mix well.
Finally, add in the sugar powder
The amount of ingredients i use can produce 5 jars of peanut butter. Dun forget to get the jar,ready....if you dun consume so much, better reduce the quantity coz it may not last long

Bahan-Bahan
*sukatan ni untuk dua orang makan je. Kalau nak tmbah lagi adjust la sukatan lain ok :)
Untuk Tumis
1 cm halia
3 ulas bawang putih
3 ulas bawang merah
*tumbuk sekali
1 biji bawang besar, potong mcm dalam gambar tu.
2 batang serai (kalau kurg rasa boleh tmbah lagi serai)

Binatang pilihan anda-Udang/ketam/sotong/ayam

Sayur-sayur ikut mana nak masuk
Lobak
Kacang peas
Caulliflower

Air perahan limau nipis kalau dpt dlm suku cawan (ni nanti masuk sket sket-sambil masuk sambil rasa)
2-3 helai daun limau purut
1.2 cm lengkuas (jgn tumbuk, titik je sket. taknak over smashed nanti lebih sgt rasa dia)
2 sudu besar sos ikan
1 biji Tomato potong mcm gambar
Garam secukup rasa
4 sudu besar Santan (optional-i tak ubuh. tak minat santan hehe)


Cara-cara
1. Panaskan minyak. tumis dulu semua bahan tumis tu. Naik bau then masuk lah binatang yang dijadikan tajuk tomyam tu hari ni. Gaul-gaul kasi rasi naik bau bajet sedap. Pastu masuk pulak bwg besar tu. Kacau lagi.
2.  Letak sikit air, masukkan serai and lengkuas dah titik sbb nakal tu, baru masukkan sikit lg air bila yg td dah renih sket, letak garam and season and boleh masuk sos ikan masa ni, masukkkan lah sayur yg lambat nak lembut dlu and masuk sekali daun limau purut
3.  Masukkan perahan limau sket demi sedikit demi menjamin tomyam anda tidak lah terlebih masam
4.  Kalau lebih masuk blh masukkan gula tp sket je jgn bagi belebih plak manis
5. Last skali baru masuk sayur yg berdaun and tomato.
6.  Sebab tomyam ni mmg tak pakai pes segera, kena tere merasa lah dan membajet ikut kehebatan tekak dan lidah anda.
7. Bila siap, makan dan hidang.

* Lengkuas, jus limau, daun limau purut and serai main ingredients. Kena ada baru menjadi dengan sedap yer.

Steamed Brownies layered with cream cheese

Ingredients: (Copy paste from her blog)
8 egg yolks
4 white eggs
225 grams granulated sugar
50 grams all purpose flour
50 grams cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
120 butter (margarine)
50 gram Dark Cooking Chocolate, chopped.
80 grams chocolate rice for layer (use grated Dark Cooking Chocolate instead) or use cream cheese layer.
Cream cheese layer ingredients:
250g cream cheese
60 g sugar
2 eggs
beat cheese and sugar until mixed and then add eggs. beat until all mixed well.
Steps:
1. Arrange a large steamer over boiling water. Make sure it is large enough to hold the baking pan and there is enough water to make a lot of steam
2. In a pan, heat some water. Put butter in a sauce pan (larger than the pan), then place it over the boiling water. When the butter start melting, add chopped cooking chocolate. Mix them until fully melted. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl beat together with an electric mixer : eggs, and sugar on high speed until light and fluffy.
4. Sift together into the batter: flour, cocoa powder and baking soda. Mix well.
5. Add the butter-chocolate mixture. Mix well
6. Pour half of the batter to a greased pan, Place the pan into the steamer. Cover the top of the steamer with a kitchen towel, and place the lid on top; the towel will absorb any steam that collects on top from dripping onto the cake. Steam for about 10 minute on medium flame. Then add chocolate rice (grated cooking chocolate) over the cake equally. Steam for 5 minutes.
If you prefer  cream cheese layer, just pour all cream cheese ingredients and steam for 10 mins.
7. Pour the remaining batter and then steam the whole brownies for around 20 minutes.
The brownies is so yummy and moist. My kids love it.
