peanut butter

1.5kg of peanut, 1kg margarine or butter, 450g of sugar powder( or less)
Dry fry the peanuts till the skin turn darker in colour (peanuts taste crunchy now)
Discard the skin of peanuts.
Blend the peanuts. Melt the margarine on stove at the same time.
When the margerine is fully melted, put under the fan to cool it down.
mix the blended peanuts in the melted margerine. Mix well.
Finally, add in the sugar powder
The amount of ingredients i use can produce 5 jars of peanut butter. Dun forget to get the jar,ready....if you dun consume so much, better reduce the quantity coz it may not last long
