Potato & Chicken Rolls 马铃薯鸡肉卷

Ingredients :
3 big potatoes, shredded thinly
1 piece chicken breast meat, cut into pieces.

Marinade A :
1/2 tsp salt, dash of pepper
3 tbsp plain flour
1 tbsp water

Marinade B :
1/2 tbsp salt
Dash of sugar and pepper
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp water

Method :
1. Mix shredded potato with marinade and marinate for 15 minutes. Marinate chicken meat with B for 15 minutes.

2. Roll chicken meat with some shredded potato and deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown or until cooked. Dish and drain. Serve.
