Ingredients:
A:unsalt butter 15g + Oreo biscuits 55g(crumb crust)to make base
B:cream cheese-150g,castor sugar 50g,whipped cream 85g,low protein flour 1tsp,egg yoke 1
METHOD:
1)grease a 18cm x 8cm baking tin,line with aluminium foil
2)press mixture A into cake tin
3)cream cheese & sugar by either using a double boiler stir untill is smooth add whipped cream,remove from heat beat in flour & eggyoke
4)pour in prepared tin bake in preheated oven at 180'c for 30-35minutes
