Brownie layer:
chocolate 150g,
butter 60g,
brown sugar 60g,
2 eggs,
1tsp vanilla essence,
flour 50g,
walnuts 50g(toasted,chopped)
raisins 50g
Cheese layer:
400g cream cheese,
100g sugar,
2 eggs,
200g yoghurt
1tbsp cornflour
Topping:
1tsp coco powder mix with 2tsp water add in 1tbsp cheese mixture.
METHOD:
1)grease a 8" baking tin,line with aluminium foil,preheat oven to 180'c
2)Brownie:melt chocolate & butter remove from heat add sugar till
almost melt add egg&vanilla
3)fold in flour,nuts & raisin mix well bake for 20 minutes
4)Cheese:beat cheese & sugar untill smooth add egg one at a
time,beat in yoghurt & cornflour untill blended.Reserve 1tbsp cheese
mixture for topping,the rest mixture pour over brownie.
5)bake in oven 180'c for 30 minutes
