练奶馒头


Steam Bun -练奶馒头- By Penny Chai

包粉360g,酵母3小匙,练奶5大匙,白油30g,温水100ML。
做法
1,将温水和练奶拌匀备用。
2,把其它材料全部拌匀,加入1做法,搓成光滑面团。
3,静放15分钟。
4,将面团杆平,卷起切成块状放入蒸笼发酵30分钟。
5,蒸笼水滚,放入馒头大火蒸15分钟即可

Bread flour 360g, yeast 3 tsp, can milk 5 tablespoons , 30g oil, warm water 100ML.
Steps:
1, the warm water and milk and mix well practiced spare.
2, all of the other materials mix, add to 1, knead to a smooth dough.
3, leave aside for 15 minutes.
4, Flatten the dough , rolled up and leave in the steamer to ferment for 30 minutes.
5, bring the steamer water to boil, add bread and steam for 15 minutes. Enjoy the nice steam bun with a cup of coffee.
