烘豆沙月饼
烘豆沙月饼:)食谱来自mooncake sonata书!
月饼皮的食谱:
250g plain flour
170g golden syrup
50g peanut oil
1 tsp alkaline water
将以上的材料拌均,然后休面30min~将面团分每个4
5g,馅料110g~月饼模撒些面粉,压型,敲出月饼·
~然后放一边休息15min~拿去烘190度,10mi
n~然后取出,待凉约10-15min~才涂上蛋黄,再
继续烘10min或至表面金黄色即可!
