Siao Shing Wine/Dome/Dry Sherry (which ever)
Sugar/Honey - if you like darker chicken
Light Soya Sauce

Marinate it for at least 3 hours or better overnight!

Fry it!


Looks abit dry huh? But let me tell you.....it's juicy inside! (ignore the carrot,k?)
